Step 1: Decide on Your Chosen Material
• Use our on line 3D material tool to have a look at over 70 different types and colours of surfaces and make your decision as to what material and colour you'd like for your project.

Step 2: Send Us Your Plan
• Send us a drawing by fax or e-mail (preferably with elevations wherever upstands or cladding are required) asking for a quotation. Be specific regarding the work you require in the area of upstands, window cills and cladding.
Be sure to give your project a name or reference number.

Step 3: Other Important Details
• Tell us about your appliances and cut outs for sinks, hobs, taps etc.

4. We want to provide you with the best possible service. To do so we'll need your order to have:

a). A clearly identified order number.
b). Your template requirements.
c). Your anticipated delivery time scales.
d). Relevant contact names and addresses.

5. When we accept your order you must check that the details shown on your UK Marble Order Acknowledgment are correct.

6. Contact UK Marble customer service regularly to update yourself on progress with your anticipated dates.

Some words of caution:

When working with stone, it is crucial to get things right in the planning stages, so don't
assume that last minute additions or modifications, particularly those made during installation can be accommodated. Remember, working stone properly is laborious and can cause considerable dust in the surrounding environment. And...if we have to make changes on site, additional matching material may not be available.
