Solid wood isn't a new idea when it comes to the flooring of your house, but few people realise that this is something you can actually choose to add yourself. Many people see it as an original to the houses style and therefore don't think it is either within their price range or even something that is possible. However, they couldn't be more wrong. Wood flooring can be added at any stage of a house's life and will add charm and character of its own. My personal favourite in style is when people use solid wood flooring as I think this has a great finish and a very classic look.
